Return Policy:
You may return eligible items for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Item:
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, packaging, and certifications intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that engraved, personalized, custom-designed jewelry, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return window to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method with signature confirmation for your protection.
Refund Processing:
Method: Refund to the original form of payment.
Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges for eligible items are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Item:
Same strict requirements as returns: original, unworn, undamaged condition with all original packaging and certifications.
Exchange Process:
(i) Authorization: Similar to returns, requiring prior contact and an RMA.
(ii) Shipping: Buyer pays for shipping the original item back and the new item to the customer.
(iii) Value Difference: To exchange an item, please contact us for an RMA within the exchange window. The item must be in its original, unworn condition. If exchanging for an item of higher value, the customer is responsible for the price difference. If exchanging for an item of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
